Fidget Spinner Persuasive Writing

Why Fidget Spinners Should Be Allowed To Be Used During Class

I think fidget spinners should be allowed during class time. It’s not that we think teachers are boring so we just spin fidget spinners to ignore the teachers talking to us, it’s not that we hate being on the mat. Us children love learning new things, no matter how long we have to stay on the mat. These are my reasons why I think fidget spinners should be allowed during class time.

First of all, fidget spinners help to soothe the mind. Because as they spin, it looks like an illusion that helps the brain to get less headaches,  playing with a fidget spinner is supposed to be relaxing and satisfying at the same time.

Secondly, Us Children aren’t that ignorant. Just because we have fidget spinners with us on the mat, it doesn’t mean that we’re ignoring you as we spin them. Most of us don’t like breaking the golden rules. One of the golden rules are “We Listen.” We don’t wanna break that golden rule.

Third of all, all we want is just a little bit of fun on the mat. A fidget spinner is only a small fidget tool that can do no harm. Unless you swallow one.

Finally, I don’t hate fidget spinners, but, they were made for a reason, some people can’t focus during activities. Fidget spinners were made to help those people to focus on the activities they do.  They ere also made to help people with ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder).
They weren’t made to be a toy, they have been made for a great purpose. They weren’t really meant to be a trend at all. I’d just like everyone to keep in mind, that they are a tool, and not a toy.

In conclusion, I’d definitely love it if fidget spinners were allowed on the mat. We’re having double fun, because we’re learning new fun things, and having fun physically at the same time! Isn’t that cool? So, will you allow fidget spinners to be used during class time? (If you do, THANK YOU SO MUCH! You have not only made my day, but almost everyone’s day!)

Tall Stories

Today my class made self standing structures. My group was Me, James, Teina, And Nathan. All you could use to make the self standing structures were paper clips, and news paper. I found it really challenging even though all the groups got 5 pieces of tape. My group thought the tape would be really
good but it ruined mostly everything. I will get revenge on that annoying tape one day!! But still, it was really fun.
