Palm Sunday

At palm Sunday people in Jerusalem put palms and cloaks on the road to welcome Jesus in their village. Hosanna hosanna the people said, the King of people is here! When Jesus went past the people of Jerusalem he saw people selling bread, fruits, and vegetables in the Temple. Jesus was very mad. The Temple wasn’t used for the right thing. Jesus came down his donkey and then he went to the Temple. He flipped the tables and the stalls, but he did not injure the people in the temple. The real king was cross. He ordered his disciples to make up a strategy to arrest Jesus and crucify him at Good Friday. Judas was part of the strategy and when the strategy was done, Jesus was nailed to a cross wearing a crown of thorns. The soldiers took his clothes off and left a piece of cloth on his hip and the crowd mocked him.

Tug of war.

I see kids tugging on the rope really hard they're working hard and I can also see that they are having fun as well, I think it was fun for them. The groups were: Pompallier (Green) Mackillop (Blue) Mill Hill (Red)
Whakaue (Yellow) And there's more, It was more than a tug of war, it was a competition that lots of kids participated in, there was chaos! Chaos over a rope, whoa. The rope was hard to tug because it had hard hay on it.

The trip

The Trip

1st we went shopping for clothes, I kept hiding in the clothes because me and my baby brother were playing hide and seek. After we went shopping we ate chinese food for a snack.

After that we played a game of cow count in the car. Here’s how to play: wait for cows to come up your window and if it’s a farm of cows you get 1000 points and if it’s only about 2 3 4 you’ll get 100 for 4  10 for three and 8 for 2. After we played cow count we went to Taupo. There was weird bungee jumping and skyline things, after that we went home and I missed my chromebook, hahaha The End. thank you for taking your time reading my story. :)
